Introduction

IELTS Idiom Master ("the App") is a mobile application developed by Everyday App ("we," "us," or "our") designed to help users master IELTS idioms, collocations, and academic vocabulary. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle information.

Information We Collect

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

All study data — including quiz scores, study progress, remembered expressions, streak data, favorites, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a lifetime purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob is a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
• IP address
• General device information (device model, operating system version)
• App usage data related to ad interactions

This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience, and no advertising data is collected for these users.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or by enabling Limit Ad Tracking.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements to free-tier users. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not share any personal data with these services beyond what is automatically provided through standard SDK operation.

Data Storage and Security

All user-generated data (quiz results, study statistics, preferences, and progress) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud databases for this App. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All your study data resides on your device and can be cleared at any time through the App's Settings (Reset All) or by deleting the App.

For advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob, you may exercise your rights by reviewing Google's Privacy Policy and adjusting your device's advertising settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
